These terms apply when you use the Couponova website or app, run by Novatio Systems. By using Couponova you agree to them.

What Couponova does

Couponova lists coupon codes, deals and shopping guides. The offers are made by third-party stores. Codes, prices, stock and conditions are set by the store and can change or end without notice, so please confirm the offer on the store's site before you pay.

Purchases are between you and the store

When you buy something, the contract is between you and the store. Couponova doesn't sell products, isn't a party to your purchase, and can't handle orders, deliveries, refunds or warranties. Please contact the store for anything about an order.

No guarantee that every offer works

We work hard to list only current, authorised offers and to remove ones that stop working, but we can't promise that every code will be accepted. Couponova is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Guides are general information

Our shopping guides are general information to help you shop. They aren't financial, legal or tax advice, and store policies may have changed since a guide was written.

Affiliate links and ads

Some links on Couponova are affiliate links: if you buy through one, the store may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Some pages may show ads. See our affiliate disclosure.

Using Couponova fairly

Please don't:

• send automated requests, scrape or copy our listings or guides in bulk;
• vote falsely on offers or try to manipulate the “Did this work?” results;
• interfere with the site's security or operation;
• use Couponova for anything unlawful.

Content and trademarks

The Couponova name, logo, design and guides belong to Novatio Systems. Store names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the store; their use doesn't mean the store endorses Couponova.

Links to other websites

Couponova links to stores and other websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Novatio Systems isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss caused by an offer that didn't work, changed or ended, or by a purchase from a store. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
