What to include
- A code that didn't work: the store, the code or the link to the offer on Couponova, and what the store's checkout said. You can also tap “No” under “Did this work?” on the offer page; offers that keep failing are removed automatically.
- Stores and brands: if an offer for your store is wrong, has ended, or should not be listed, send the link and we will correct or remove it. We also welcome exclusive codes for Couponova users.
- Affiliate networks and partners: tell us about the programme and the regions it covers.
- Privacy requests: to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, see our privacy policy and write to us with the subject “Privacy request”.
- A guide that's out of date: send the page link and what has changed.
What we can't help with
Couponova lists offers but doesn't sell anything. For orders, deliveries, refunds or account problems with a store, please contact that store directly; we can't see or change your order.
